If you’ve never had your hearing checked before, it’s completely normal to feel unsure. Here’s exactly what to expect — there’s nothing to worry about.
A visit to Wickersley Audiology isn’t like a rushed hospital appointment. We give you time, we explain everything in plain English, and we never make you feel silly for asking a question. A first hearing appointment usually takes 60–90 minutes, and you’ll always see a qualified audiologist — never an assistant.
You’re very welcome to bring a partner, friend or family member — a second pair of ears often helps.
Absolutely nothing you don’t want to happen. We’ll explain what we’ve found, show you your results on screen, and talk through the options if there are any worth considering. There is never any pressure to buy on the day — or ever.
