Highly recommend Wickersley audiology!! 5* isn’t enough. I had gone deaf in my right ear, the doctor advised me it was really worrying and sent an urgent referral to ENT. I rang up Wickersley audiology and spoke to a very friendly approachable gentleman (so sorry i didn’t get his name) but he advised as to what he thought the problem was and explained that over the counter herbal type remedies would solve the issue. I used what was advised and was instantly able to hear again. I went in today & had pictures of my ears taken and my ears where syringed. They offered me further advice and I could not be happier with the service I’ve received. Both gentleman were friendly, professional and approachable. Both gave excellent advice. Honestly 5* is not enough to give. Made up that I can hear again- thank you so much!!! And I am still waiting for my emergency ENT referral which I will still require as it’s a long term issue but I’d still not be able to hear now if it wasn’t for this place.
