The Wickersley Audiology App

Wickersley Audiology is the Google-connected application operated by Wickersley Audiology Ltd — independent hearing specialists at Unit 4, Hastings Court, Wickersley, Rotherham, S66 1JY, United Kingdom. We provide hearing tests, hearing aids, microsuction ear wax removal and custom hearing protection.

What the app does

The Wickersley Audiology app is a private, staff-only dashboard used by our clinic team. It brings the clinic's own Google information together in one place so we can run the practice efficiently. Specifically, the app:

• displays the Google reviews patients leave for our clinic, and lets our team publish replies to them;

• shows our own website visitor statistics from Google Analytics;

• shows how our website appears in Google Search, using Google Search Console;

• reports on the performance of our own Google Ads advertising (read-only reporting).

Why the app requests Google account data

The app requests access only to Wickersley Audiology's own Google account data — our Business Profile reviews, our website analytics, our Search Console performance and our advertising reports — and uses it solely to display that information to our own staff inside the dashboard. The app is used exclusively by Wickersley Audiology employees. It does not collect or process any patient or customer personal data, it is not offered to the public or to any third party, and no data from the app is ever sold or shared.
